General Information

  • What is the date and time of the wedding?

    • Our wedding will take place on October 18th, 2025. The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM, followed by cocktails, dinner, and dancing. An afterparty will also be hosted at the venue for anyone who wants to keep celebrating!

  • Where is the wedding taking place?

    • Both the ceremony and reception will be held at The Bougainvillea Estate, 80260 Avenue 50, Indio, CA 92201.​

​

  • What is the dress code?

    • A blend of cocktail and formal attire. Ladies are welcome to wear elevated cocktail dresses or floor-length gowns, and gentlemen are encouraged to wear a suit (tie optional). Ladies, please note the ceremony will be held on grass, so choose your heels wisely!​

Travel & Accomodations

  • Is there a hotel block?

    • We did not reserve a hotel block as there are many amazing hotels and resorts nearby. We wanted everyone to have the flexibility to choose accommodations that best fit their preferences and budget.

​

  • What area should I stay in?

    • The closest areas to the venue are Indio, Indian Wells, La Quinta, and Palm Desert. Palm Springs is another great option, although it’s a bit farther away.

​

  • Is there parking at the venue?

    • Parking is very limited onsite, so we strongly encourage guests to use rideshare.

​

  • What airport should I fly into?

    • The closest airport is Palm Springs International Airport (PSP). Ontario, LAX, and John Wayne Airports are also options, all of which are within a 2-2.5-hour drive.

Ceremony & Reception

 

  • Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

    • Both the ceremony and reception will be held outdoors at The Bougainvillea Estate.

  • What kind of food and drinks will be served?

    • We’ll be serving elevated Mexican cuisine paired with a variety of cocktails and beverages. Once the menu is finalized, we’ll share a link for you to select your dinner preference. To ensure everyone can fully enjoy the meal, we’ll also be sending a short dietary survey closer to the wedding to accommodate any restrictions or preferences.

  • Can I bring my kids?

    • We LOVE your little ones, but this will be an adults-only celebration. Thank you for understanding and we hope you enjoy a well-deserved night or weekend away!

RSVP & Gifts

  • When is the RSVP deadline?

    • Please RSVP no later than September 26th so we can finalize our headcount.

​

  • How do I RSVP?

    • You can RSVP directly on this website under the “RSVP” tab by entering your name exactly as it appears on your invitation. Please note that any plus ones were indicated on your invitation envelope.

  • Where are you registered?

Weekend Events

  • Is there a welcome party or other weekend events?

    • Yes! We’d love for you to join us at a couple of optional gatherings throughout the weekend. Please be sure to RSVP on the “RSVP” page of this site if you are planning to attend either. See our events page for more details on each event!​

​

  • Is everyone welcome to come to the weekend events?​

    • All wedding guests are welcome to come join us at any of the Pre and Post Wedding celebrations. Please see our "events" page for specific details.
